About these terms

These terms apply to your use of alvionperformance.com (the “site”), operated by ALVION LLC (“ALVION,” “we,” “us”), serving South Bay and Long Beach, California. By using the site you agree to them. Work we perform for you is governed by your written quote and service agreement, which take priority over anything on this site.

Prices and quotes

• Prices on the site are starting prices for typical vehicles in good condition. They are not offers or guaranteed final prices.
• Your final price depends on the vehicle, film, finish, coverage, paint condition and preparation needed, and is confirmed in writing before booking.
• We may change published prices, services, materials and availability at any time. A written quote you have accepted is honored for the period it states.

Previews, photos and colors

The color, finish and tint previews are visual approximations. Screens, lighting and photos cannot show film colors exactly. Please confirm your choice with a physical swatch before installation. Portfolio photos show real projects; results on your vehicle depend on its shape and condition. Images marked “design inspiration” are for illustration only.

Window tint and legal limits

Vehicle owners are responsible for complying with California Vehicle Code rules on window tint and for any exemptions they rely on. We will explain the rules and recommend options, but you choose the final shade.

Paint condition

Films adhere best to factory paint in good condition. Repainted panels, chips, rust, peeling clear coat or previous repairs can affect installation and may lift when film is removed. We will point out visible issues before work starts; ALVION is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing paint or surface defects.

Warranties

Our installation warranties (5 years on vinyl wrap, 10 years on paint protection film, and window tint for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle) cover faults caused by our installation. Coverage, exclusions and claim steps are set out on the Services & Pricing page and in your written agreement, which controls. Manufacturer film warranties are separate and follow the manufacturer’s terms.

Requests you send us

When you submit a quote request, call, text or email us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you send. Sending a request does not create a booking or contract.

Site content

Text, photos, videos, logos and design on this site belong to ALVION or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Film brand names belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the extent permitted by law, ALVION is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
